Inclusivity & Diversity
It’s part of our culture.
It’s important for us to make our junior development activities inclusive and accessible to all South Australians.
We accomplish this by having coaching days, some free and some with a minimal cost. We also recruit coaches and mentors from diverse backgrounds to ensure the sport is not just accessible but also reflective of the communities it serves.
We are committed to involving and supporting young players in the broader cue sports community. By also giving young players the opportunity to participate in tournaments and other events, they can gain exposure to top-level players and competition. We also support young players as they move up through the ranks to help build a sense of continuity and tradition in the sport.
In summary, as the Junior Cue Sport Association of SA, we believe junior development is essential for our sport’s sustained growth and success. By providing coaching and training opportunities, making the sport inclusive and accessible, and involving and supporting young players in the broader cue sports community, we believe we can help to ensure a bright future for all.
