The Junior Cue Sports Association of SA (the Association) is committed to promoting equality, inclusion, and diversity within all its programs, activities, and events. Our Anti-Discrimination Policy aims to ensure that all individuals, regardless of their background, characteristics, or identity, are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect. The Association’s objective is to foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, including junior players, coaches, officials, volunteers, parents, and spectators.

The policy is in compliance with the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (SA), the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth), the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth), and other relevant Australian anti-discrimination laws. The policy is also intended to meet the eligibility requirements for government grants by demonstrating the Association’s commitment to equal opportunities and good governance practices.
